Hot Rolled Coil, whose surface is cleaned of scale with acid, is passed through a reversible or tandem mill (4-5 foot mill) to reach a thinner thickness and is rolled to the target thickness.
However, this sheet is brittle and hard. (CRF-CCRF “fullhard”) In order to give shape to the sheet, it is annealed by heating and cooling to a certain temperature in Continuous Annealing or Batch Annealing facilities. In order to improve the mechanical and surface properties of the annealed sheet, a low rate of crushing (tempering) is done. The necessary tests are performed on the sample taken and its conformity to the requested feature is checked. The tempered sheet is shipped to the customer as a roll or by slitting and cutting the length.
GENERAL AREAS OF USE

In addition to their weldable properties, the surface can be easily chemically coated. In the production of well-formed, high-strength, low-carbon and micro-alloyed steel grades that also maintain their weldable properties are used, especially in the production of automotive parts that require high strength.
Sheet metals suitable for single/double layer enameling are used in the production of enamel kitchenware (such as ovens and pots), which are capable of deep drawing and preserve the properties of the food inside.
Deep drawing grades suitable for cold forming are used in the production of durable household appliances, white goods, home and office furniture.
It is used in the production of heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and all similar applications.
