After the liquid steel with adjusted chemical components is turned into Slab in Continuous Casting Facilities, it needs to be rolled.

Slab, which is generally 200-250 mm thick, 800-1800 mm wide and 6000-12000 mm long, is rolled to the target thickness in Hot Rolling Mills. For this purpose, after the slab is heated to the rolling temperature in the Heating Furnaces, it is first rolled rough (20-50 mm) and then passed through a series of rolling mills to final rolling.

Flat steel, which leaves the mill at 850-940 degrees C, is cooled with water and rolled into rolls, usually at 580-750 C. After the roll reaches room temperature, it is shipped as rolls or, depending on the customer’s request, slit or cut to length.

GENERAL AREAS OF USE
In the manufacture of transportation vehicles (ships, trains, trucks, buses, bicycles)
In the energy sector; energy transmission lines, wind energy production equipment, power plant construction, solar energy utilization equipment
In the agricultural sector; in the production of pipes used in agricultural machinery, in the construction of channels, tunnels, dams, bridges and ports to control the great power of water.
In storage systems, silo construction, container manufacturing
In hot and pressurized environments, in the manufacture of heat exchangers, in the manufacture of spring boilers
It is successfully used in the construction industry in the construction of carrier columns, concrete transport, mixing, molding equipment, and steel building construction.
