Painted Rolled Flat Steel Product

The product formed by cold rolling the sheet metal products and coating them with galvanization and coloring them with polyester paint  is called painted sheet metal  . It is known that in this process, in addition to polyester paint, different paint qualities such as PVDF, polyurethane and plastisol are sometimes used.

There are different methods used in the shaping of steel or similar alloys. However, cold rolling stands out among them, especially due to its surface quality. Sheets obtained by cold rolling can be used directly or by undergoing different processes. Galvanized coating is one of the frequently performed processes at this point, especially to completely eliminate the risk of corrosion. In addition, in order to meet aesthetic concerns, the products in question are painted in different colors. The product that emerges after all these  is called painted sheet metal  .

Nowadays, the usage areas of dyed sheet metal are increasing day by day. Reasons such as ease of use and obtaining the desired results in a short time have increased the interest in dyed sheet metal.
